Includes up to the first hour.Additional time:
€50 per hour or part thereof.Bespoke bookings are scheduled in advance and charged per visit/session.
There is no limit to the number of visits or sessions required, with each attendance billed separately.Photography, video, and media deliverables are charged separately and are not included within bespoke booking fees.
Photography is billed at €50 per 10 final edited images, with additional deliverables charged in line with current package/add-on pricing.Additional editing/revision requests may be charged separately where applicable.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONSBy booking with Matema Media, you agree to the following terms and service conditions.Standard package pricing is made possible through efficient scheduling, streamlined on-site workflow, and predictable project scope.Where project requirements exceed normal standard package parameters in relation to time on site, scope of works, number of visits, or production requirements, the booking may be reclassified as bespoke/custom.STANDARD PACKAGE WORKFLOWStandard package pricing is based on pre-booked appointments where the property is fully prepared and ready to shoot on arrival.Packages are designed for efficient in/out workflow, with all media captured during the scheduled visit and delivered thereafter.Typical appointment durations are as follows:• Small Package: up to approximately 45 minutes on site
• Medium Package: up to approximately 1 hour on site
• Large Package: up to approximately 1.5 hours on siteAppointments significantly exceeding typical allocated time may incur additional/custom charges.PROPERTY READINESSProperties must be fully prepared and ready for photography upon arrival.Standard package appointments are based on photographing the property in its presented condition upon arrival.Where a property requires additional preparation, staging, decluttering, waiting time, or assistance prior to photography commencing, additional/custom charges may apply.If photography cannot reasonably proceed within the allocated timeframe, this may result in:• Additional/custom charges
• Reclassification to bespoke/custom booking
• Rebooking / return visit charges where applicableREBOOKING / RETURN VISIT FEESWhere a scheduled appointment cannot proceed for any reason upon photographer arrival, a €100 rebooking/return visit fee may apply.This includes, but is not limited to:• Property not being ready
• No access / no keys available
• Access contact unavailable
• Property unsuitable to proceed
• Booking issues not communicated in advanceRescheduling may be requested up to 5:00pm on the business day prior to the appointment without charge, provided sufficient notice is given and the change is confirmed by Matema Media.Rebooking fees apply once the photographer has arrived on site at the agreed appointment time.This excludes circumstances outside the client’s reasonable control.WAITING / APPOINTMENT DELAYSDelays, waiting time, interruptions, or requested appointment postponements beyond normal workflow may incur additional charges.Where photographer availability permits, waiting/delay time may be charged at €50 per hour or part thereof.Where photographer availability does not permit delay/waiting, the appointment may be treated as cancelled/rebooked and the €100 rebooking fee may apply.EDITING / REVISIONSBasic editing and corrections are included within normal service delivery.Additional editing, repeated revision requests, or substantial re-editing beyond standard delivery scope may incur additional charges.REVISITS / RE-SHOOTSMinor revisit/re-shoot requests for limited corrective updates may incur additional charges.Revisit/re-shoot pricing applies to one single pre-agreed area only (for example: kitchen, living room, rear garden, front exterior, etc.).Requested scope of revisit must be communicated and agreed in advance prior to attendance.Additional areas or works requested on site may incur further charges in line with current package/add-on pricing.Where accommodated informally during existing travel/work schedules, revisit/re-shoot requests may be charged from €50.Where a dedicated scheduled revisit appointment is required, revisit/re-shoot requests may be charged from €75.Larger revisit/re-shoot requirements may be quoted separately depending on scope.CUSTOM / BESPOKE RECLASSIFICATIONMatema Media reserves the right to reclassify any booking as bespoke/custom where project requirements fall outside normal standard package workflow.PAYMENT TERMSInvoices are payable in accordance with agreed payment terms unless otherwise arranged in writing.Where payment deadlines are missed without prior communication or agreed extension, Matema Media reserves the right to amend future payment terms for the relevant account.This may include requiring payment in advance, payment prior to delivery, or other revised payment arrangements at Matema Media’s discretion.Persistent late payment may affect future booking availability.
